Matena hosted another valueable discussion at Moscow’s Noôdome, this time with Lara Tcholakian — an INSEAD and Matena lecturer and co-founder of Amsterdam’s Center for Boards and Leadership Development — and Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Matena’s Academic Director.
This event continues the series of meetings organized by Noôdome and Matena, bringing together leaders for high-level discussions on leadership.
The session focused on "Leadership in Demanding Situations: Lessons from Mount Everest", during which participants explored a real case study and the decision-making process in complex situations.
