One of my key takeaways was realizing how strongly confidence is shaped by focus. The attention-management exercises helped me notice my tendency toward doubt and showed how intentionally shifting focus can immediately improve both performance and mindset. I also became aware of my avoidance patterns and learned to take small actions even without feeling fully ready.
The actor mindset was especially impactful, reinforcing that confidence is built through small, repeatable habits.
