Sameh Abadir is a Professor of Leadership and Negotiation. His fields of expertise are negotiation, conflict management, crisis management, and leadership.

Sameh advises global organizations on complex negotiations and has designed and directed custom executive programs for companies such as Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Jerónimo Martins, ArcelorMittal, and Merck. He is also the Director of IMD’s Crisis Management online program.

He joined IMD in 2018 after a 15-year tenure as an Adjunct Professor at INSEAD, where he was recognized with awards for both Best Professor and Best Program Director. Prior to his academic career, he held executive roles at Sodexo, one of the world’s largest multinational corporations.

Sameh is part of the adjunct faculty at Matena for the “Mastering Negotiations” program, as well as the EMBA program.
